Real Weight Loss Tips

If your looking for the easy way out, your going to look forever. There is no easy way, and guaranteed if you find it, it wont last. For your weight loss tip of the day: Stop Eating at Least 3 Hours Before Bed! The kitchen closes 3 hours before bedtime. Schedule your dinners and eat at the table where you can be conscious of what, and how much, you’re eating. Seriously, this works! You could notice a difference in your clothes in a few weeks just by sticking to this!
Its PUMPKIN TIME!!!! Make this for an easy, fast breakfast! Skinny Pumpkin Overnight Oats in a Jar Ingredients: • 1/4 cup quick oats* • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk • 2 tbsp pumpkin butter • 1 tsp chia seeds (can omit) • pinch cinnamon • pinch pumpkin pie spice • 1/4 sliced banana (freeze the rest for smoothies) topping: • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • pinch cinnamon • pinch pumpkin pie spice • 1 tbsp raw hulled pepitas (or any nut) Directions: Combine the oats and 1/2 cup of the milk in a jar. Stir in the pumpkin butter, chia seeds and spices. Add banana, cover jar, shake and refrigerate overnight. The next morning remove from the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter 30 minutes to take out the chill (or you can microwave a few seconds if you wish). Stir in the remaining milk, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and pumpkin spice and top with pepitas. Enjoy! Thanks Skinnytaste! I think if food looks better, your kids will be more willing to eat it. Well, that's not just kids, Adults are the same way. I made this for my BF's baby shower and it was a hit. It was gone faster than the chicken wings. REALLY! All you need is a melon baller or ice cream scoop and a good knife. Be careful though, I nearly cut the tip of my finger off because I thought I was Rachael Ray for a minute:)

Here is the first lunch!
This was Eli's Lunch Today! Pineapple, cheese, turkey pepperoni, whole grain crackers, a homemade granola bar (thanks to Skinnytaste) cucumber, carrot and hummus. A juice box and a yogurt. Fast, Easy, Healthy!
